Facility Vendor Network and CSSI Announce Partnership

The announcement of a new working partnership between Facility Vendor Network (FVN) and Cost Segregation Services Inc. (CSSI) comes as the latest move on FVN’s part to identify new savings opportunities for clients through its Profit Advisory Division.

Facility Vendor Network traditionally has increased clients’ profits through converting their fixed assets into revenue streams. In recent years, however, it has grown to bolster these services with a consortium of smart cost management tools and services. FVN is proud to claim CSSI as a preferred partner in its client savings initiatives.

CSSI performs studies of commercial buildings and identifies savings through an IRS-approved method of segregating personal property from real property (cost segregation). Their cost segregation process accelerates depreciation of certain building components, resulting in a significant tax benefit for the taxpayer (typically to the tune of $50,000 to $80,000 per million dollars in cost).

Facility Vendor Network is very pleased to partner with CSSI in offering these no-cost tax studies to its clients.
